We firmly believe that we can contribute to achieving the goals of the 2030 Agenda. Above all, we believe that a sustainable approach is not only possible, but essential. The depth of our commitment has led us to embark on the path towards “Carbon Neutrality” through our first GHG reporting in accordance with the ISO14064-1:2019 standard and our adoption of the Organization, Management and Control Model required by Art. 6 of the Legislative Decree 231/2001.

The company’s vision is focused on change. We aim to achieve economic goals without neglecting social and environmental aspects.

Last year, we committed ourselves to supporting the values of diversity, inclusion and gender equality by adopting corporate, organizational and management mechanisms that respect people’s rights, freedom and dignity. Specifically, our company implemented an integrated management system according to ISO 30415 – UNI/PdR 125.

As a matter of fact, the company operates according to the guidelines of ISO 30415:2021 and UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice through an approach based on impartiality and does not allow any form of direct or indirect, multiple and interrelated discrimination related to gender, age, sexual orientation and identity, disability, health status, ethnic origin, nationality, political opinion, social category of belonging and religious beliefs. It also promotes conditions that enable the removal of cultural, organizational and material barriers that limit the full expression and development of people within the organization.

We believe gender equality is necessary for a prosperous, sustainable and peaceful world. Equal access for women and girls to education, health, and decent work, and their participation in political and economic processes, fosters sustainable economic development.
