Online application and active research

Contact phase

All candidates are contacted via phone for a first screening, in order to outline the professional profile of everyone. When we find skills that match one of our vacancies, we proceed to schedule a technical interview by phone.

Technical and situational interview

Tools and methodologies for selection vary according to the profiles we are looking for. Generally, the selection takes place with assessment and English language tests, and with individual interviews with the HR team and our tech colleagues. Every tool is aimed to value the characteristics of the person, their degree of knowledge, technical and specialized skills they have, as well as personal motivation.

Meeting with Managers

After a successful outcome of the technical interview, there will be one or more meetings with the line managers and with the HR manager in order to outline the potential and the induction of the candidate in TopNetwork.
