2025–2026: Measure to Improve

In 2026, Topnetwork measured its organizational carbon footprint for the year 2025, following the methodology set forth in the ISO 14064-1 standard. The analysis covered all Italian operational sites and included a complete inventory of greenhouse gas emissions, ranging from direct emissions to indirect emissions along the value chain (categories 1 through 5, as defined by the international standard).

As confirmation of the soundness of the work carried out, an independent third-party certification body conducted the verification audit and issued its verification opinion in accordance with ISO 14064-1. This result attests not only to the accuracy of the data but also to the transparency with which Topnetwork engages with its stakeholders.

At the same time, the 2025 Sustainability Report was prepared, structured in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards ( ESRS) and enhanced by the inclusion of quantitative metrics derived from carbon footprint measurements. The document thus provides a comprehensive and coherent overview of the company’s environmental, social, and governance performance.

Some figures that demonstrate our commitment

+
0
%
Total emissions of CO₂e rose from 683 to 1,151 metric tons (Market based) between 2024 and 2025. The increase is attributable solely to the growth in the company’s workforce (from 611 to 850 employees, a 39% increase over the year), rather than to a decline in emissions efficiency
0
kWh
Energy consumption per employee in 2025. In 2023, it stood at 307 kWh: a structural improvement of ~40%, confirming the effectiveness of energy efficiency measures (heat pumps, LEDs, an energy mix with 32% from renewable sources)
0
people
Employees of Topnetwork by the end of 2025, having grown by 69% over the past three years. This growth is partly organic and partly due to the acquisition of the business unit of Advanced Global Solution (AGS), which added approximately 239 employees during the year.
0
Zero
Workplace Injuries in 2025 (and in 2024). No fatalities, no occupational illnesses, no lost workdays: a result maintained over the two-year period thanks to the ISO 45001-certified Health and Safety Management System
0
hours
Training hours provided in 2025 (+23% compared to the 13,390 hours in 2024), involving 809 of the 850 employees, for an average of 19.4 hours per person.

For us, sustainability is not a mere formality, but a concrete strategic choice

To pursue this path with rigor and vision, the company has chosen Green Future Project as its key partner: not only from a technological standpoint, but as a true ally to support the in-house team in analysis, decision-making, and communicating the progress made.

2026: Take Action, Invest, Communicate

This initiative goes beyond mere measurement. In 2026, TopNetwork invested in the Envira-certified environmental project in Brazil, generating a total of 134 carbon credits and making a tangible contribution to the protection of forest ecosystems and the well-being of local communities.

The Envira Reserve, located in the Brazilian state of Acre, is threatened by deforestation caused by agriculture and grazing. Support for this project ensures the conservation of biodiversity, helps prevent emissions, and transforms the forest into a key ally for capturing and storing CO2 equivalents.

The Value of a Strategic Partner

In this process, Green Future Project is not merely a technology provider. Climate tech supports TopNetwork in calculating and monitoring emissions, managing and reporting on investments in certified environmental projects, and—through dedicated guidance—in analyzing data, interpreting results, and defining strategic choices that are most aligned with the company’s sustainability goals.

A partnership that combines advanced digital tools and human expertise to transform sustainability from a stated commitment into a measurable result.

CONTINUITY

Also in early 2026, TopNetwork launched a new cycle for calculating the organization’s carbon footprint, once again applying the ISO 14064-1 methodology to all its Italian locations. As with the previous cycle, the process includes verification by an independent third-party organization to ensure the quality and reliability of the data produced.

In addition, the 2025 Sustainability Report is currently being prepared; it will highlight the progress made and outline the challenges ahead.
