The software allows to manage and gather documents for contractors (subscription to Chamber of Commerce, D.U.R.C., certifications, insurance policies, LUL, etc.), constantly tracking the documents of every single member of the supply chain (successful bidder, sub-contractors, etc.), both for tendering procedures and direct award.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE PROTOCOL

Legalileo is compliant to the Legal compliance protocol signed by the Ministry of the Interior and Confindustria, in May 10th, 2010. Such protocol is a voluntary agreement among all parties (Contracting authority, General contractor, Executors and Prefecture) involved in the management of public works that allows to prevent and contrast criminal infiltration in such contracts (also increasing the legality rating).

SAFETY FOR CONSTRUCTION SITES

Legalileo allows to manage the access authorizations for workers and vehicles into the company premises (constructions sites). It can also provide the “Construction site log” and send to the Prefecture all the programmed and/or actual accesses thanks to the registration with a dedicated app. The platform provides an immediate display of the supply chain for all companies, vehicles and workers active inside the construction site.

In January 2017, at an important Italian prefecture, the legal compliance protocol was signed, in order to prevent and contain the attempts by the organized crime to infiltrate the works related to the “New railway connection between the main railway station of the regional capital and a suburban town station”
