Paolo, Giancarlo and Lorenzo, graduates of the Roma Tre University, have chosen to carry out the curricular internship at our software factory. The students, assisted by a company tutor, are guided in the development of a project for their degree thesis. In addition, they have the opportunity to learn about the world of work and to develop and apply the skills acquired during their academic career.

For graduates, we have developed a continuous chain for selection, specialized technical training, internship and recruitment.

We accompany the growth of people aiming to make them become autonomous professional figures able to provide consulting on complex systems of our end customers and successfully follow the projects. To this end, graduates are introduced into training courses on the job at our development laboratories in Rome and Naples and/or on projects with our clients operating in Italy and abroad.
