Our method: simple, collaborative, transparent
Assessment
Before discussing models, we analyze the way the company works: processes, data, decision-making flows, constraints, and actual needs. Our goal is not “to do AI”, but to understand where AI can bring value and where it isn't needed. Only after this assessment do we determine whether the project is feasible and which building blocks to use.
PoC and customization
We create a prototype based on customer data to verify the effectiveness of the approach. In this phase, we test key features, measure the impact, and define any adjustments. The PoC serves to validate the hypotheses with evidence, not to create a demo.
Deployment and Integration
